Becca Naill, Owner and Founder, is a former high school Social Studies teacher and Realtor, starting Contract to Close, MN in 2015 after recognizing an unfulfilled need in the Twin Cities Real Estate market. Following a leave from her teaching career, and having been a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Burnet for 5 years in the early 2000s, she was approached by multiple real estate brokerages looking for an in-house transaction coordinator. Having a strong entrepreneurial drive, she opted to create a service that would benefit agents across multiple brokerages. Becca has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Secondary Education from the University of St. Thomas.
Jackie Martinson, Transaction Manager, has a strong background in Real Estate Management having spent over a decade in Real Estate Development at both CBRE and Lifetime Fitness. Jackie has extensive knowledge of residential real estate contracts, systems, and procedures in both the Minnesota and Virginia Markets. Jackie has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing Communication and Speech Communication from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls.
Allie Tilbury, Transaction Manager, joined CTC with extensive experience in real estate having served as both Customer Relations Manager and Closing Coordinator for Pulte Homes. Additionally, Allie spent two years as a Real Estate Closer with Universal Title. Allie has worked with most major compliance systems and serves the Minnesota and Wisconsin markets with a deep understanding of contracts and procedures. Allie has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication and Business Management from Gustavus Adolphus College.
Kara Allen, Transaction Manager, served as the Luxury Marketing Coordinator for the Distinctive Homes division at Coldwell Banker Burnet in Wayzata, MN. While there she managed the niche marketing and special events for the Luxury Division. Kara has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing from Villanova University and currently resides in Miami, Florida.
Erin Dube, Listing and Transaction Manager, comes to our Team with a background in details and organization! She previously worked as an office manager in a high-pace environment, as well as an Emergency Department Phlebotomist at United Hospital for 5 years. Before joining CTC in 2020, Erin worked as a Licensed Transaction Manager with Coldwell Banker Burnet. She brings extensive knowledge of MN Real Estate to our team! Since joining CTC, she has helped us grow the Texas market and has vast experience in Austin, San Antonio, and Houston real estate contracts.
Deb Hayes, Listing Manager and Transaction Support, brings a strong background in Real Estate and technical skills to CTC-MN. Deb was previously a licensed MN agent and completed the coursework for her FL license. Her work experience includes over 27+ years as a Technology Project Manager and Developer for a financial corporation and then 3+ years of consulting in roles that included technical support for databases, marketing, organization restructuring, financial management, and project management. Deb has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Studies from Bethel University in Arden Hills, MN.
Jordan Colston, Listing and Transaction Manager, with extensive experience in project management and logistics. Previously, Jordan spent 18 years as an art educator and was an adventure guide with Wilderness Adventures working directly with teens. She was recruited to run the international side of the company, which included logistics for 24 different international programs! Jordan got her real estate license in 2017 and assisted her husband to grow and run his real estate business. Jordan has her Master of Arts in Art Education from Brigham Young University and her Bachelor of Arts in Art Education from Minnesota State University. She currently resides in Minneapolis, MN.
